This ground floor non-smoking air-conditioned apartment, which sleeps six people, has a large open plan living area furnished in traditional Provencal style.
There are three sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is also a TV, showing a selection of English and French channels, a DVD player, video and stereo.
Alongside the living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds, but these can easily be made into a double. Both rooms have spacious fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space. Bed linen and towels are all provided.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC.
From the living area, patio doors lead to a spacious covered terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean – and this is where you can take advantage of the electric BBQ and eat al fresco.
Each rental period runs from 4.00pm on Saturday to 10.00am on the following, or subsequent, Saturday morning. As this is a security gated development, your arrival must be between the hours of 4.00pm and 7.00pm so we can meet you on arrival, give you access to the estate and show you to your property.
In order to maintain the property to the highest possible standard, we ask that a damage deposit be paid in advance. This will be refunded, less any deductions for damages, no later than seven days after the day of departure.
